If within 30 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price - no questions asked. However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for refund.  (You will want to notify us as soon as you know you're not satisfied.  Although we do honor a 30 day period, the sooner we know you'll be returning it, the better.)
